Within 30 days of original purchase or receipt of merchandise: Janet Egan Design gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, non-dry cleaned or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we’ll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.

Orders paid by check: Returns for orders made by check will receive a refund check with in 30 days of the return.

Orders paid by credit card: Returns for purchases made by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card account from which the funds were originally drawn.

Orders paid by cash: Returns for purchase paid by cash will receive a refund check within 30 days of the return.

Orders from benefit trunk shows: Returns from benefit trunk shows are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase for merchandise credit only.
